CIAC Girls Lacrosse Finals

Olivia Hompe scored nine goals to lead New Canaan to a 17-9 victory over Wilton in the CIAC Class M girls lacrosse final June 9 at Bunnell High in Stratford. We'll show encores of that game and the other two CIAC girls lacrosse finals played June 9 at Bunnell throughout the summer (check broadcast schedule).

In Class L, Claire Feeney scored three goals and Hannah Jeffrey had 12 saves, including a crucial stop with 12 seconds remaining, as Greenwich held off Cheshire 9-8. Meghan Grabowski scored four goals and Catherine Higgins three as Northwest Catholic defeated Granby 12-10 in the Class S championship game.
