BERLIN- Top seed Southington knocked off Fairfield Ludlowe for the girl's volleyball Class LL State Championship, 3-2, at Berlin High School.

Southington's Lauren Bauchiero was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Fairfield Ludlowe's Ali Krikau led the Falcons with 15 service points, 4 aces, and 35 digs, in a losing effort.
