CCC Championship Boys Basketball - Bloomfield vs. Northwest Catholic

HARTFORD- The Bloomfield Warhawks used a 55 point second half surge to beat Northwest Catholic and win the CCC Boy's Basketball Tournament, 84-78, at Bulkeley High School in Hartford.

Bloomfield was led by guard Rashad Moore, who scored a team high 25 points.  Point guard Shomar-i Cowan added 23 points for the Wahawks.

Northwest Catholic was led by JC Carr, who had a game high 27 points for the Indians.  Julian Harris also had 14 points, in the loss for Northwest Catholic.
